NexGen Communications, a Nashville company that helps businesses research, buy and put in place communications technology, wanted a website its own team could run. Growth rebuilt the site on HubSpot Content Hub, with up to 15 pages, a blog, forms, and Google Reviews and Instagram on the page. When NexGen restructured its content partway through, the plan moved with it: the team was trained on January 29, 2025, and the site went live on February 6, 2025.

Why did NexGen Communications move its website?
NexGen's website was where its customers researched communications technology before talking to sales. NexGen wanted a site its own team could keep up to date, on HubSpot Content Hub, with room for a blog, forms and a newsletter sign-up, and with its Google reviews and Instagram posts on the page. It took the Content Hub subscription itself and asked Growth to move the site across and train the team to run it.
What changed for NexGen Communications?
NexGen's website now runs on HubSpot, and its team was trained to run it.

How did Growth move the site to HubSpot?
Growth, an Elite HubSpot Solutions Partner, signed with NexGen on November 22, 2024, and worked in three stages.
Theme and branding: Growth's Redwood Industrial theme, styled to NexGen's brand, with a global header and footer.
Content: the home, about, contact and service pages, the blog listing and post templates, and the blog import.
Testing: internal checks, then client review with BugHerd, redirects and launch preparation.
NexGen restructured its content partway through. Growth kept a weekly check-in, reworked the pages, and moved the launch to February 6, 2025, a week after training.
For HubSpot teams
