Why Growth Marketing Became Growth Operations: Built for What’s Next

Growth Marketing Firm is now Growth Operations. Still Growth—your partner in HubSpot, ABM, AI, websites, and making change easier to navigate.

Why Growth Marketing Became Growth Operations: Built for What’s Next
4:20

We’re still Growth.

That’s the most important thing I want you to know. We’ve always been Growth to our clients, our partners, and our team—and that isn’t changing. Our logo still says Growth. The way we work with you hasn’t changed either.

But behind the scenes, we’ve made a legal shift that’s both practical and personal: we’ve retired Growth Marketing Firm and are now Growth Operations Firm.

At first glance, it might not sound like a big deal. But to me—and to us—it means everything.

The new Growth website is live, take a look around and let us know what you think! I am especially excited about the About Us page.

Why the Change?

Here’s the truth: we were never just a marketing firm.

Yes, we built campaigns, delivered ABM programs, ran HubSpot retainers, and designed websites. But the real work we were doing was deeper. We were building systems that turn noise into clarity. We were helping teams align so sales and marketing could finally pull in the same direction. We were using AI to cut out wasted effort and make teams more effective. We were designing websites to be engines for growth, not just digital brochures.

That’s not just marketing. That’s operations. And it was time our name caught up with the work we were already doing.

What’s Different (and What’s the Same)

On the surface, not much looks different. You’ll still call us Growth. You’ll still work with the same team. We’ll still show up with grit, choose substance over spin, and treat you like part of our team—because you are.

What’s different is the clarity. Today, Growth means:

  • HubSpot retainers that actually stick and deliver adoption.

  • ABM programs that align sales and marketing and move the needle on revenue.

  • Practical AI implementation and governance that helps teams scale responsibly.

  • Website development that’s iterative, data-driven, and designed for long-term growth.

Milestones Along the Way

The past 18 months have been transformational—and not just because we wanted them to be, but because the work demanded it. The volume and complexity of the projects we were being asked to lead kept climbing. To keep delivering at the level our clients deserve, we needed a massive systems overhaul.

So we went all in. We brought on powerhouse leaders—Nick Cull as COO, Amber Kemmis as Director of Revenue, and Nathan Gifford as Director of Web Services.

We re-engineered our delivery model to increase capacity, tighten processes, strengthen security, and streamline support for every client. Along the way, we earned HubSpot CRM Implementation and Platform Enablement accreditations. And this year, we hit a milestone I’m incredibly proud of: Growth was invited into the ranks of Elite HubSpot Partners.

Why This Matters for You

Growth isn’t just about campaigns—it’s about the whole machine working together. Marketing, sales, service, data, people, processes—none of it grows in isolation. And change, while necessary, is rarely easy.

That’s why this shift matters.

Because what you need isn’t just more activity—you need operations. You need systems that connect the dots. You need HubSpot implemented the right way. You need ABM programs that sales actually buys into. You need AI that makes life easier, not more complicated. You need a website that doesn’t just look good—it pulls its weight in revenue.

And most importantly, you need a partner who can grow with you, guide you through the hard parts, and make change feel a little less daunting.

That’s the kind of Growth we’re here to deliver.

Closing Thoughts

This isn’t a cosmetic change. It’s not a vanity move. It’s a rebuild that reflects the heart of what we’ve always done: helping companies grow by aligning strategy, systems, and execution. So yes—we’re still Growth. But we’re also Growth Operations Firm, because you can’t grow without change. And neither can we.

Thank you to the team members, clients, and partners over the years. You all have had a tremendous impact on me our business. I hope this makes you as proud of Growth as I am.
