Over the past 17 years, I’ve guided Growth’s evolution from a traditional marketing agency into a top HubSpot partner recognized globally for growth operations, change management, and building systems that scale.
My focus has always been on solving complex challenges, fostering strong teams, and promoting a growth mindset. Alongside Growth, I serve on the board of the Esselen Tribe of Monterey County, stay active in the Monterey community, and advise Full Sail University’s Masters in Marketing and AI programs—sharing what I’ve learned to help shape the next generation of leaders.

I’ve been immersed in CMS web development for near 20 years, starting with open-source PHP solutions like Joomla and WordPress, and eventually focusing on HubSpot. For the past 5 years, I’ve specialized in CMS development within the HubSpot platform, working on websites, Marketplace themes, and custom-built applications that integrate seamlessly with HubSpot.
My career has involved directing development efforts at various agencies and large firms, collaborating with clients to craft effective solutions, and acting as an architect to ensure project success. Now, at Growth, I am building a top-tier CMS development team, delivering powerful CMS solutions to our clients, and establishing a strong presence in the HubSpot Marketplace.
Beyond development, I am a musician and songwriter, and will occasionally tap that to create original songs or parodies for the purpose of pushing a product or platform. My wife and I, with some crazy kids, live on a homestead where we are kept very busy by a bunch of goats, chickens, ducks, rabbits and whatever else my wife brings home.

With a background spanning Revenue Operations and Technical Consulting, Brandon has partnered with over 100 organizations across multiple industries — from fast-growth startups to global enterprises. His approach blends hands-on development skills with a strategic lens, ensuring every technical build supports long-term business outcomes.
Before joining Growth, Brandon founded Nvelty, a technical consultancy focused on GTM system architecture and automation. He also served as Director of RevOps at Zeni, where he helped drive a 142% increase in ARR in two years, and has worked with companies including Texas Pride Trailers ($100M+ revenue), FirmPilot, and two HubSpot Elite Partner Agencies — RevPartners and Origin63.

Zach Caputo is the Director of Client Success and Delivery at Growth, where he leads client experience strategy across onboarding, delivery, retention, and expansion. With close to a decade of experience across SaaS, financial services, education, manufacturing, and consumer goods, Zach specializes in building customer-centric operating models that drive retention and long-term growth. He brings deep expertise in post-sales strategy, customer health measurement, and cross-functional delivery, supported by strong technical fluency in platforms like HubSpot and Zendesk.
Throughout his career, Zach has built, coached, and scaled high-performing teams responsible for complex, multi-stakeholder client engagements. He is a strong people manager known for developing clear ownership, strong accountability, and growth pathways that enable teams to perform at a high level while staying aligned to customer outcomes.
