UNBOUND26 Sessions Worth a Revenue Leader's Time

Written by Growth News | Aug 31, 2026

Revenue Leaders, you're in luck. The UNBOUND organizers have filtered their agenda just for you. There are 26 sessions tagged Sales & Revenue Leaders across three days and five stages.

Twenty-six is still too many for you to go to. Below are the ones we would put on a shortlist, why each is worth it, and who is actually delivering it. For getting into Boston, where to eat, and what the evenings look like, our Boston guide handles that side.

Before you build your schedule

Two things shape what you can actually attend.

Watch the clock on these. Several of the sessions below run back to back or overlap outright, particularly on Thursday. Read the times before you commit, because a few of these choices are mutually exclusive.

Some are limited capacity and need a reservation. That covers Deep Dives, Education Sessions, Meetups, Unplugged Studios, and Academy Labs. Reservations opened August 25 for VIP tickets and September 1 for General Admission. If you have not reserved yet, a few of these may already be full, which means some of your scheduling decisions get made for you. HubSpot's Save a Seat walkthrough covers the mechanics.

Automation Isn't Strategy: Rethinking AI in Sales
11:30 AM to 12:15 PM · Education Session · limited capacity
Rohan Suri, Co-Founder and CPO at Nooks

Suri's argument is that more automation has not produced more revenue, and he gets specific about why. If your team has automated a handful of things that did not need automating, this is the most directly useful forty-five minutes on Wednesday.

From Rep to Revenue Leader: The Confidence Gap
12:30 to 1:00 PM · Impact Stage
Jen Spencer, Chief Growth Officer at Booth, and Lori Richardson of Score More Sales

The skills that make someone a top performer do not automatically make them a leader, and most organizations promote as if they do. Worth attending yourself, and worth sending the person you just promoted. Jen is also one of our speakers at Horizon, Growth's planning retreat for revenue leaders this year.

Diagnose Team Tension Before It Derails Results
1:15 to 2:00 PM · Education Session · limited capacity
Karen McFarlane, Founder and CMO at Kaye Media Partners

A framework for identifying what is actually causing friction across teams and priorities, rather than treating the symptom. The least technical session on this list and probably the one you will use first.

Thursday, September 17

The GTM Leaders Winning Right Now Are Different
9:00 to 9:30 AM · Main Stage
Michael Hartman of Anthropic

Worth the early start. It frames the rest of your Thursday, and the people building GTM inside a frontier AI company have a different vantage point than most of the stage lineup.

Inside Revenue Hub With GM Sarika Garg
11:45 AM to 12:15 PM · HubSpot Heroes Stage
Sarika Garg, VP and GM of Revenue Hub at HubSpot

If your deals, billing, and payments live in three systems, this is the clearest thirty minutes on the agenda. More on this one below, because our Head of Revenue is on stage for it. Our own Head of Revenue, Amber Kemmis, will be sharing the stage with Sarika for this one.

Contract to Cash: The New Playbook for Getting Paid Faster
2:15 to 2:45 PM · HubSpot Heroes Stage
Arun Gunari, Director of Product Management at HubSpot

For most companies revenue visibility ends the moment a deal is accepted. The invoice goes out by hand and the CRM never learns what happened next. Arun makes the case for contracts as the source of truth, wired to billing, payments, and the customer record. We know this one well — Arun co-presented our Connected Revenue System Playbook webinar with us last week. Pair it with Sarika and Amber's session that morning and you get the full Revenue Hub picture in a single day.

The Death of the Natural Closer in Sales
2:45 to 3:30 PM · Education Session · limited capacity
Sumedha Rai, NYU AI researcher, and Matt Sniff of Map My Customers

NYU research dismantling the charisma myth, with findings on which behaviors actually predict sales performance. If your forecast depends on two people being naturally good at this, that is a structural risk and this session names it.

Three more for the shortlist

These sit outside the revenue-leader filter but solve problems revenue leaders own. Times are on each session page.

From Signals to Scale: How We Increased NRR by 47 Points · Sam Chandler, Head of Commercial CS at Kustomer. The signal-to-action framework behind a 47-point NRR increase, with the emphasis on codifying expansion signals rather than reacting to them.

Turn AI Experiments Into Measurable Revenue · Britney Cole, Chief Innovation Officer at Blanchard. How to tie AI usage to performance metrics and find the adoption gaps. This is the session for the leader who has to report on AI to a board.

How Our AI BDR Increased More Human Conversations · Jake Goldstein, Director of RevOps and Strategy at Kiln. Most AI BDR projects optimize for cost. This one optimized for conversation volume, which is a more interesting result.

Where our team will be

We will be there all three days, and you may catch one of our leaders on stage this year. If you want to compare notes on anything above, these are the easiest places to find us.

On stage · HubSpot Heroes Stage

Inside Revenue Hub With GM Sarika Garg

Thursday, September 17 · 11:45 AM to 12:15 PM ET

Sarika Garg walks through HubSpot's Revenue Operating System: moving from quote to cash inside a connected system, and putting sales, finance, and operations on the same record.

Joining her is Amber Kemmis, our Head of Revenue and a 2025 Top 40 GTM Leader, on the part that comes after the keynote: what implementing RevOS actually takes inside a mid-market company.

View the session

Nick Salvatoriello, our Senior Brand, Marketing & Partnerships Manager, is emceeing the Impact Stage on Day 1. He spent four years at HubSpot and the decade since inside the partner ecosystem, and this is his fifth time taking the stage at this event. He is also covering UNBOUND as one of ten Creators HubSpot selected to document the first one, so if you want a read on a session you could not get into, ask him.

Who to follow when you cannot be in two rooms

You will miss things. Two official programs exist to cover that.

The UNBOUND Insiders are HubSpot Community members selected to cover the event live. There are 71 this year. Follow #UNBOUND26Insider for their session coverage, which often posts before the recordings do.

The UNBOUND Creators are a separate, smaller program of ten creators selected for video-forward coverage of the first UNBOUND. Find their updates through the week by following #UNBOUNDCreators.

For everything else, #UNBOUND26 and #UNBOUNDEvent are the main feed, and the official account is @unboundevent on LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and X. Session recordings post to HubSpot Live on YouTube after the event.

One evening worth blocking off - join us Thurs

Every session above gives you something to think about. None of them give you time to think about it.

That is the part that gets skipped, and it is the reason so much of what people learn here never turns into a decision. So we set aside an evening for it, with our friends at Apollo.io: a room, a drink, and other people who own a number, working through the same three days you just worked through.

Unwind & Unpack

Thursday, September 17 · 7:00 to 10:00 PM
The Lounge at Coquette, Omni Boston Hotel at the Seaport, 450 Summer Street

Open bar, passed food, no demos and no slides. Room for fifty sales, marketing, and revenue leaders to compare notes on the first-ever UNBOUND.

No UNBOUND pass required. Coquette is in the Omni rather than the convention center, so if you are a sales or marketing leader in Boston that week without a badge, register anyway.

If planning for action is the part you came for

You'll leave UNBOUND26 with lots of ideas, but will you action on any of them? Horizon is our full-day planning retreat this October 28 to 29 at Asilomar in Pacific Grove, California where revenue leaders turn conference notes into a quarterly growth plan they can actually run.

Speakers include Scott Brinker, Adam Wainwright, and Jen Spencer, whose UNBOUND session is on the Wednesday list above. Our CEO Christopher Nault moderates the closing panel.

UNBOUND is where you find out what changed. Horizon is where you decide what your company does about it. Details here.

Frequently asked questions

How do I reserve a seat for a limited-capacity session?
Through the Agenda Builder at unbound.com/agenda. Reservations opened August 25 for VIP tickets and September 1 for General Admission. HubSpot's Save a Seat guide walks through the steps.

Which sessions require a reservation?
Deep Dives, Education Sessions, Meetups, Unplugged Studios, and Academy Labs. Main Stage, Impact Stage, HubSpot Heroes Stage, and Tech Stack Showcase sessions are open to all attendees without one.

What if the session I want is already full?
Reservations get released as people adjust their schedules, so it is worth re-checking. The UNBOUND mobile app is the fastest way to check onsite, and it is where any schedule changes appear first.

Which UNBOUND 2026 sessions are built for revenue leaders?
HubSpot tags 26 of them. You can see the full filtered list on the Sales & Revenue Leaders agenda. Our shortlist is above.

What is HubSpot's Revenue Operating System?
RevOS unifies the revenue lifecycle inside the CRM, so quoting, billing, and payments run on the same record as sales, finance, and operations instead of across disconnected systems. HubSpot covers it in Inside Revenue Hub With GM Sarika Garg and Head of Revenue at Growth, Amber Kemmis on Thursday.

Where do I get answers to other UNBOUND questions?
The UNBOUND Help Center covers registration, venue, accessibility, and onsite logistics.

Revenue leaders, let's make it count

We put this list together because we have watched a lot of people leave this event with a full notebook and no plan. Three days is a real investment of your time, and where you spend it matters more than how much of it you spend.

So pick the sessions that map to the problem you are actually trying to solve, protect one evening for thinking it through with people who get it, and go home with something you can act on.

We will be publishing from the floor all week. Follow Growth on LinkedIn along with our CEO Christopher Nault and our Head of Revenue Amber Kemmis for the takeaways as they happen. And come find us Thursday night. We would genuinely like to hear what you are working on.
